Join us for an uplifting chanting practice to cultivate peace of mind. Kirtan is the practice of chanting mantras with music to clear the mind, open the heart, soothe the nervous system, and recharge vital energy. All are welcome.
We chant with a yin approach, guiding an internal process that allows for natural meditation and deep release. We will experience mantras from Indian and Tibetan traditions, soul medicine songs, guided meditations, and sound healing with crystal bowls.
