I believe the best massage comes from connecting with each client to create a personalized session that brings results. My therapeutic approach integrates deep tissue massage, functional movement, Acupressure, cupping, and deep relaxation. In addition to therapeutic massage, I offer Thai Massage and Abhyanga, Ayurvedic Massage. I also have many years of experience with Prenatal and Postpartum massage.

I have been practicing Ayurvedic bodywork since 2005 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2019. I am currently apprenticing with a Medical Massage Therapist and developing new skills. I have experience in trauma recovery and am a trauma-informed care provider. Serving special populations is a passion of mine, and I have worked with individuals with cancer and ALS. I welcome people from all backgrounds, genders, ethnicities, races, religions, and political orientations - we all need peace and healing.
