Extended Yoga & Meditation Practice @ Full Circle Yoga

In addition to regular practice, yogis will occasionally dive into longer, more extended sessions to experience deeper states of consciousness. This extended practice will incorporate gentle yoga, deep relaxation, pranayama (breathwork), guided and silent meditation. In a traditional approach, physical postures and breathwork prepare the body and mind for the more subtle aspects of yoga: stillness, energy flow, and meditation. The heart of this practice is the premise that peace and happiness reside within us, and the practices of yoga are a vehicle to take us to this inner state. Join us for a very special afternoon to deepen your practice in community.

Community Kirtan @ All Purpose Yoga

Join us for an uplifting chanting practice to cultivate peace of mind. Kirtan is the practice of chanting mantras with music to clear the mind, open the heart, soothe the nervous system, and recharge vital energy. All are welcome.

We chant with a yin approach, guiding an internal process that allows for natural meditation and deep release. We will experience mantras from Indian and Tibetan traditions, soul medicine songs, guided meditations, and sound healing with crystal bowls.
