Join us for a spacious flow to strengthen and release body and mind. Taught in a Vinyasa Krama style, poses flow at a moderate pace with alignment awareness as you progress to deeper variations. Centering and breathwork at the start of class help to clear the mind and regulate the nervous system. Class winds down with a generous savasana for deep relaxation and integration. Gayatri often includes optional hands-on assists and chanting.
