Experience deep physical and emotional release with this extended yoga and breathwork practice. We will work with the seasonal energy of spring to clear stagnation, open energy channels, strengthen immunity and metabolism, and reset the nervous system. Postures will include gentle vinyasa, restorative yoga, seated Pranayama (breathwork), and deep relaxation. Gayatri will offer ear seeds and acupressure to support recovery from trauma, addiction, grief, and anxiety. Hand-outs will be available to take some of these practices home with you.
